As children we learn facts; e.g., that every human being has a brain, and we take them on trust. I believe that there is an island, Australia, of such-and-such a shape, and so on and so on; I believe that I had great-grandparents, that the people who gave themselves out as my parents really were my parents, etc. This belief may never have been expressed; even the thought that it was so, never thought.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>159. Da bambini impariamo certi fatti, per esempio che ogni uomo ha un cervello, e li accettiamo fiduciosamente. Io credo che esiste un\u2019isola, l\u2019Australia, che ha questa determinata configurazione cos\u00ec e cos\u00ec, e via dicendo; io credo di aver avuto dei bisnonni, e che le persone che si facevano passare per miei genitori fossero davvero i miei genitori, ecc.
